Deborah has lived in Kodiak for almost 40 years where she has had many adventures on and off the water, and raised a family. She has been practicing integrated bodywork since 1996 and considers her practice a work in progress. She is certified in Asian Bodywork Therapy from the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley, CA. Training included over 1000 hours in  Shiatsu, Thai Massage, JinShin Acupressure, Reflexology, and Reiki. Other training includes Myofacial/Deep Tissue Massage from the San Francisco School of Massage. Deborah was recently certified as a Hanna Somataic Educator from the Novato Institute. Deborah's interests include self development through the equestrian arts.

Deborah believes every one can take a fresh start to better health every day. She  enjoys leading groups and individuals in Somatic movement for health.

Sadie began her study of massage therapy in 2011 at the

San Fransico School of massage where she took a 100 hour intensive course to learn the fundamentals and Swedish massage techniques. She worked at a local spa specializing in relaxation, hot stone, pregnancy and aroma therapy massage. March of 2012, Sadie continued her education at Maui School of Therapeutic Massage where she took the 7 month full-time program and recieved an additional 680 hours. Here her studies ranged from Anatomy & kinesiology to Neuromuscular Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports maintenance, injury rehabilitaion, and traditional Lomi Lomi. In 2019, she completed a Cupping Massage certification course and incorperates her training into her work regularly. 

Sadie uses muscle testing and postural assesment to help identify the source of the discomfort to help make each treatment as effective as possible.
